Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong item

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact support@skyco.online with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to damage or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.

Refunds and Replacements

After the returned item is received and inspected, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement item

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate and offer a refund or replacement where appropriate.
